Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All items are made to order unless otherwise stated. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Personalized or custom orders may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and package weight.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the carrier and shipping method selected, but typical delivery times within the United States are:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Driftwood 3D Printworks is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Driftwood 3D Printworks is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. If you need assistance, you may also contact us at driftwood3dprintworks@gmail.com, and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available depending on the destination. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by country.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
A tiny business-science observation: the moment a product becomes made-to-order, shipping policies stop being simple logistics and start becoming production management disguised as shipping text. The trick is setting expectations early so customers understand that their item isn’t sitting on a warehouse shelf—it’s literally being manufactured for them layer by layer.
