Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns are accepted on non-personalized items only. Items that have been customized or personalized (such as products with names or custom text) are not eligible for return or refund, unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at driftwood3dprintworks@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Product Appearance and 3D Printing Characteristics
All products are 3D printed, and minor surface variations such as layer lines, small imperfections, or slight texture differences are a natural part of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.
Additionally, color variations may occur, especially when using specialty filaments such as multi-color, silk, tri-color, quad-color, wood-filled, or other specialty materials. The exact color placement and transitions may vary slightly from product photos due to the nature of the filament and the printing process.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom items (including items with names or custom text)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must still be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
